Frequently Asked Questions, learn more about ordering, payment & delivery.

Placing an Order

To purchase any of the items simply browse the Shop pages, select a woolly product, select the quantity, then click the add to cart button, and the item will be added to your cart.

When you have selected all the items you wish to purchase, click on ‘proceed to checkout’ & choose the appropriate delivery & payment methods.

You will need to provide an email address in order to receive a receipt.

If you are having difficulty ordering or have made a mistake don’t hesitate to get in touch and we will rectify the problem as soon as possible.

Acknowledgment of Order

Once you have been through the checkout process you will be shown a confirmation message & receive an email confirming your order. We will notify you by email once the order has been dispatched.

Payment

Paypal

PayPal is the worlds leading online payment processing company. Even if you are not a registered user of PayPal you can use it to pay with most credit and debit cards.There is no charge for using PayPal and your information is kept completely secure by PayPal.

Delivery on Orders

All items are sent by Royal Mail. Most orders will take 3-5 days to get to you, we go to the Post Office on a daily basis except for when we are snowed in!

Standard Post & Packaging

Varies from £1.50 to £7.50 for Mainland UK on orders. Your items will be posted in a delightful plastic printed gift bag, strong and waterproof.

Overseas Delivery

If your delivery address is not in the UK I will need to confirm delivery charges to you. EU European countries typically are just £3.95.

Damages

Damages must be notified within 2 days of delivery. Please get in touch with me here to notify me of any problems.

Returns

Loss, shortages or returns must be notified within 2 days of delivery. We ask that all returns be shipped back, packed in the original packing materials.

If you are not happy with your order in any way please notify us,  we are not able to give refunds but will credit you with a voucher to spend at any time. Replacements will be shipped to you for no extra charge.
